The 3-room apartment with two bathrooms, a panoramic sauna, an underground parking space and a panoramic view of the center of Brand is extremely conveniently located.
FURNISHING:
Despite its privileged, central location, the luxurious holiday apartment is almost idyllic. The house in which the apartment is centrally located with a panoramic sauna - with the address Mühledörfle 122 - is set back parallel to the main street. In addition, this road is not heavily frequented because Brand, located at the end of the valley, does not have to endure through traffic.
In addition to this almost idyllic location, the holiday apartment, which was completed in 2022, also offers many “specials”:
The exclusive sauna on the terrace (facing SW), which offers a mountain view of the Rätikon, even while taking a sauna.
The two bathrooms are further “delighters”. Ensure the highest possible level of privacy for all travel participants.
The deep and very spacious terrace facing SW always guarantees sunshine, provided the mighty peaks of the Rätikon allow it.

Meubels in de woonkamer en keuken waren niet echt comfortabel. Bedden waren veel te zacht. Wij waren met 5 volwassenen en er was een bed om bij te plaatsen. Dit bed was een opklapbed maar niet geschikt voor volwassenen. Veel te kort en niet erg stabisee more

Motta Lodge
Living under the roof, enjoying the mountains from the generous balcony and sleeping on the charming gallery: The Motta Lodge in the La Montanara house in Brand offers a special alpine living experience on 80 m² for up to five people. Bright rooms, the open gallery and plenty of wood create a cosy atmosphere for families, friends and couples.
Facilities
A bedroom with double bed and direct balcony access as well as the open sleeping area on the gallery with double and single bed provide space for up to five people. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and WC.
The fully equipped kitchenette features an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as filter and capsule coffee machines. The dining area provides seating for five people and opens directly into the bright living area.
An underground parking space is also included.
Location
The La Montanara house is located quietly and yet centrally in Brand. You can reach the bathing lake, mountain railways, restaurants and numerous leisure activities within a few minutes – an ideal starting point for hikes, ski days and active hours in the Brandner Mountains.
Special Features
The highlight of the Motta Lodge is the generous balcony with comfortable furniture and views of the surrounding mountain landscape. The special architecture under the roof and the open gallery give the apartment its distinctive character.
