The 3-room apartment with two bathrooms, a panoramic sauna, an underground parking space and a panoramic view of the center of Brand is extremely conveniently located.
FURNISHING:
Despite its privileged, central location, the luxurious holiday apartment is almost idyllic. The house in which the apartment is centrally located with a panoramic sauna - with the address Mühledörfle 122 - is set back parallel to the main street. In addition, this road is not heavily frequented because Brand, located at the end of the valley, does not have to endure through traffic.
In addition to this almost idyllic location, the holiday apartment, which was completed in 2022, also offers many “specials”:
The exclusive sauna on the terrace (facing SW), which offers a mountain view of the Rätikon, even while taking a sauna.
The two bathrooms are further “delighters”. Ensure the highest possible level of privacy for all travel participants.

We didn’t the like the quite hard matresses. More hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels and bathropes.

Meubels in de woonkamer en keuken waren niet echt comfortabel. Bedden waren veel te zacht. Wij waren met 5 volwassenen en er was een bed om bij te plaatsen. Dit bed was een opklapbed maar niet geschikt voor volwassenen. Veel te kort en niet erg stabisee more

Relax with your whole family in the quiet yet centrally located Paula family holiday apartment. It can accommodate up to five people. Aligned to the Alvier-stream you will find a lot of peace and relaxation after varied and entertaining days in the Brandnertal nature. FACILITIES: A washing machine can also be used as a dryer. The Gufer 55 restaurant, which has been awarded 2 toques, is located in the same building. The apartment itself is modernly furnished, fully equipped and ideally suited for couples. Families with small children appreciate the barrier-free access and the short distances to all relevant facilities. Two separate bedrooms each have a double bed. In the spacious living room, the couch can be prepared for an additional bed. The underground parking space reserved especially for you guarantees a relaxed arrival and departure. Further facilities such as a ski, bicycle and drying room are available to you. In winter you have the choice of boarding the Brandnertal ski area in just a few minutes either with the Dorfbahn or with the Palüdbahn. The ski bus stops right in front of the house and takes you to one of these two stations in just a few minutes. You are welcome to leave your car. LOCATION: The Paula family holiday apartment is located in the historic center of Brand, right next to the Walser Ensemble. This ensemble consists of the parish church, a historic Walser house, an old Walser stable, the old elementary school and the vicarage of the parish of Maria Himmelfahrt. SURROUNDING: The cross-country ski run and the hiking trail are right next to the house.
