When it comes to the holiday apartments, the name says it all, as local materials such as wood and stone were used in the construction. The owners grew up in Brand and parts of their families still live in Brand. The tourist operator also grew up in Brand and knows the valley like the back of his hand. A Brandner service, i.e. warm, genuine hospitality, can be felt.
Our modern and functionally furnished holiday apartment in Alpine style can accommodate up to 4 people. Each bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom, the kitchen is fully equipped and, depending on its size, offers enough space to end an eventful day at the cozy dining table. The balcony offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Brandner mountain panorama and invites you to have a drink. In the cozy seating area you can put your feet up with an exciting book.
Particularly noteworthy is the wellness area on the ground floor. It offers everything a pampered wellness heart desires. A Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin and a steam bath are the classic treatments at the Brandnerhus. A spacious, bright relaxation room with access to the outdoors offers cozy moments between the various wellness sessions. A water fountain refreshes the mind and soul with fresh, cold Brandner spring water. This water is untreated and without any additives. It is almost detoxifying - so the best quality “Made in Brand”. Massages are available upon request.
The in-house drying room for ski and outdoor clothing also offers a boot dryer and boot warmer for free use. There is also a ski and bicycle room for you to optimally store your sports equipment.

Numerous restaurants - stand-alone and in the various hotels -, shops and wellness options are open to our guests all year round. A special feature of this accommodation is the restaurant Gufer 55, which is located in the same building - a good home-style restaurant that has been awarded two toques and has no pretensions and a very good price/performance ratio.
Located at the valley station of the Palüdbahn (50 meters), a ski-in is almost guaranteed, because the Palüdbahn valley run is not only known to the locals as the most beautiful and varied run in the Brandnertal, this red piste is also the snowiest valley run in the entire Brandnertal.

The kitchen could use some more cooking utensils, e.g large high frying pan, beerglasses, cups, etc.
The waste room was not oké. All containers were full, and it was not clear what to put in which container.

Very new and clean property, even with the smell of the new property.
Very good design in local Austrian style.
Very good location , at the end of Brand, very calm, with good view on green area and mountain.

My coffee finished quickly, so I had to drive to another city (not available in Brand).
I asked some questions about tennis club in Brand and received all answers (good work in chat), but such information could be in the property, as part of marketisee more

I asked some questions about tennis club in Brand and received all answers (good work in chat), but such information could be in the property, as part of marketing materials (I.e info on tennis club, horse riding, golf club, local buses, etc). In the sauna I found Architectural magazine , where your property was listed among properties with good design - it could be part of marketing materials (I.e. everywhere but not hidden in the sauna downstairs ), since people like to be part of something special. I heard from sellers in local shops in Brand that your property is very new and opened only in 2023 - it should be part of marketing and such information should be accessible and visible inside the property. |

Super Lage direkt am Lift und auch zum Lünersee ist es nicht weit. Diverse Restaurants Fußläufig erreichbar die Wohnung war sehr schön und schlicht eingerichtet, Betten sehr bequem und eine super Aussicht von der Terrasse!
