The fully equipped kitchen and large dining table invite shared moments. The balcony offers unobstructed views of the Brandner mountain panorama. A comfortable seating area provides space to relax.
The wellness area includes a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath, a relaxation room with outdoor access and fresh Brandner spring water. Massages are available on request.
A ski and outdoor drying room and a ski and bike storage room are available.

Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre, sehr praktisch. Palüdbahn auch direkt gegenüber. Ich finde mit dem Brandnerhus ist Euch echt was Gutes gelungen. :-)

Es wäre toll, wenn ein Schrank in der Küche frei wäre, um die Lebensmittel verräumen zu können. Haken für die Geschirrtücher wären gut und wir haben keine Butterdose gefunden.

Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten bei der Dateneingabe und damit auch beim checkin - irgendwie wurden die Daten zwischen den drei gebuchten Apartments überschrieben. Das wäre super, wenn ihr euch das nochmal anschaut.

A special feature is the history of the bungalow: it is located in the former cheese cellar of the Föhrenhof, directly below the farm's own dairy. Since production still takes place here today, sounds from the dairy can occasionally be heard.

Directly above the Alvierbach, with around 200 m² of garden and views of the Brandner Mountains: The Alvier Lodge in the La Montanara house offers plenty of space on 110 m² for up to eight people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the large sun terrace make the ground-floor garden apartment ideal for families and friends who want to combine active holiday days with plenty of space to enjoy together.

Two bedrooms with double beds and direct terrace access as well as a family room with double bed, bunk bed and dressing room comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet provide additional comfort even for larger families or groups.
The bright open-plan kitchen is equipped with a Bora induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The open dining area offers space for eight people and leads into the cosy living area with direct access to the terrace.
The apartment also includes a basement parking space and an outdoor parking space.
