Description
Here you can let your eyes and soul dangle in the dreamlike mountain panorama of the Brandnertal! The lovingly furnished chalet Zentral Bach - in the country house style of the 80s - has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation is ideal for 2 adults and two children. The large en-suite bathroom is accessible via the master bedroom.
LOCATION:
In the winter months, you can reach the village railway in about four minutes on foot. From there you can access the Brandnertal ski area. In good snow conditions, you can ski right to the front door. In summer it is only a few minutes to the tourist centre of Brand (golf course, bathing lake, Kneipp facility, stream promenade, petting zoo, ...).
So you live in the centre and yet quiet.

In summer, there is an extensive hiking network with hikes of all levels of difficulty. Mountain peaks with breathtaking views provide alpine experiences of a special kind.
An 18-hole golf course, 2 riding stables, an archery course, free outdoor clay tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, a free swimming lake, a climbing garden for young and old, guided hikes, the first and sometimes only bike park in Vorarlberg with fun sports equipment, countless alpine huts and refuges, the Lünersee lake, which is a nature and landscape conservation area, and much more.

Es war super sauber. Alles nötige war vorhanden, sogar Spülmaschinentabs. Große Küche komplett ausgestattet !!! Private gute Parkplätze am Haus. Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Berge. Mehrere gute Restaurants im Ort. Wir kommen gerne wiedsee more

De locatie is perfect. En het uitzicht vanaf het terras is prachtig. Heerlijk op een rustige plek, langs de beek. Het appartement is prachtig ruim en de bedden zijn fijn. De service van A-appartments is heel prima.

Op de website ziet het appartement er heel licht uit. Dat is het in werkelijkheid niet. Overdag moet je in de gang en bij de eettafel toch altijd wel een lamp aan doen. Ook de keuken is erg donker.

Op de website wordt niet vermeld dat het terras grenst aan het terras van de buren. En dat het appartement ernaast voor grote groepen is. Met de terrasdeuren open hoor je alle gesprekken en acties van de buren erg goed en heb je geen privacy. De keuken is oud en gedateerd. Er staan veel te veel spullen in die ook niet allemaal schoon waren. Als er privacy zou zijn op het terras én de keuken zou lichter en frisser zijn, dan zou dat veel winst geven. Vermeld alles duidelijk op de website zo dat mensen niet onaangenaam verrast worden ( zoals wij). |

The Kirchdorf garden apartment is a ground floor apartment in the historic center of Brand.

Here you can expect an open kitchen and living area as well as a large garden with a terrace. A folding bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space. The apartment is beautifully furnished and flooded with light. The entire building has a parking garage as well as a ski and bicycle room.
LOCATION:
In winter the ski bus stops just 30 meters from the front door. It commutes between the two ski lift stations Dorfbahn and Palüdbahn - so you can be at one of these feeder lifts in just a few minutes. In summer you can join the hiking network directly from your front door or from the garden.

The 2-room garden apartment Brand was built in 2016 and renovated in 2019. It offers 50 square meters of comfort, just like at home.
FACILITIES;
A self-check-in offers maximum flexibility: A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive all the arrival information such as a code for the key box which is located straight outside the building. In the apartment itself, you have a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin. The bedroom has an elegant leather double bed as well as a bunk bed. In the living room there is also a sofa bed, especially suitable for children.
A fully equipped designer kitchen awaits you with a fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster and a kettle. The open dining room can accommodate up to seven people. The cozy living room invites you to linger and relax after a lovely day of skiing or a challenging mountain tour.
VICINITY:
Inviting highlights are in the immediate vicinity
- a practice lift for beginners (= Schedlerhof lift)
- a children's playground behind the house
- a cross-country ski trail right in front of the house
- several idyllically located sand tennis courts
