Das die Nachbarswohnung an einem Donnerstag Abend noch renoviert wird, hat uns jedoch gestört. Nach 22:00 Uhr anzufangen in der Wohnung zu sägen, bohren und Staub zu saugen bis kurz vor 23:00 Uhr hätte wirklich nicht sein müssen, es war laut. |

Vielen Dank für Deine gute und ehrliche Bewertung samt wichtigen Hinweisen Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass nicht alles zur eurer vollsten Zufriedenheit gewesen ist. Wir bieten auf Wunsch von unseren Gästen mit längeren Aufenthalten einen kostenlosen Handtuch und Bettwäsche Wechsel an, eine kurze E-Mail oder Anruf reicht dafür absolut aus. Wir sind 24 h telefonisch oder per Mail erreichbar und hätten gern bei einer Benachrichtigung reagiert. Dass in der Nachbarwohnung abends noch gebohrt, gesägt und gesaugt wurde, ist natürlich nicht in Ordnung. Gerade nach 22 Uhr sollte absolute Ruhe herrschen. Wir entschuldigen uns dafür und werden das mit den Verantwortlichen klären, damit so etwas nicht wieder vorkommt. Trotz dieser Punkte hoffen wir, dass Du Deinen Aufenthalt insgesamt genießen konntest und viele schöne Urlaubsmomente hattest. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Dich wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. The Kirchdorf garden apartment is a ground floor apartment in the historic center of Brand.
FACILITIES:
Here you can expect an open kitchen and living area as well as a large garden with a terrace. A folding bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space. The apartment is beautifully furnished and flooded with light. The entire building has a parking garage as well as a ski and bicycle room.
LOCATION:
In winter the ski bus stops just 30 meters from the front door. It commutes between the two ski lift stations Dorfbahn and Palüdbahn - so you can be at one of these feeder lifts in just a few minutes. In summer you can join the hiking network directly from your front door or from the garden.
SURROUNDING:
The holiday resort of Brand offers countless leisure opportunities all year round:
In summer there is an extensive hiking network with routes of all levels of difficulty. Mountain peaks with breathtaking views give you a special kind of alpine experience. There is also an 18-hole golf course, 2 riding stables, an archery course, free outdoor sand tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, a free swimming lake, a climbing garden for young and old, guided hikes, the first and sometimes only bike park in Vorarlberg with fun sports equipment, countless alps and refuges as well as the Lünersee, which is a protected nature reserve.
In winter, Brand offers everything a modern winter sports resort has to offer: a family-friendly ski area with slopes of all levels of difficulty, cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails, ski schools, sports schools and a varied leisure program. The 2-room garden apartment Brand was built in 2016 and renovated in 2019. It offers 50 square meters of comfort, just like at home.
FACILITIES;
A self-check-in offers maximum flexibility: A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive all the arrival information such as a code for the key box which is located straight outside the building. In the apartment itself, you have a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin. The bedroom has an elegant leather double bed as well as a bunk bed. In the living room there is also a sofa bed, especially suitable for children.
A fully equipped designer kitchen awaits you with a fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster and a kettle. The open dining room can accommodate up to seven people. The cozy living room invites you to linger and relax after a lovely day of skiing or a challenging mountain tour.
VICINITY:
Inviting highlights are in the immediate vicinity
- a practice lift for beginners (= Schedlerhof lift)
- a children's playground behind the house
- a cross-country ski trail right in front of the house
- several idyllically located sand tennis courts
