Built using local wood and stone, the house reflects a deep connection to the region. Both the owners and the local management grew up in Brand and know the valley by heart. This authenticity shapes the atmosphere of Brandnerhus – calm, honest and welcoming.

Amenities
This lovingly designed alpine-style apartment offers space for up to two guests and is ideal for couples seeking peace, quality and a private retreat in the mountains.
The apartment features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a modern shower bathroom. High-quality furnishings and warm natural materials create a relaxed and cozy living atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy slow mornings or end the day with a shared meal. The living area offers space to read, unwind or simply enjoy the silence.
The wellness area on the ground floor completes the experience. A Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath provide relaxation after active hours outdoors. A bright relaxation room with outdoor access and fresh, untreated Brandner spring water invite you to slow down. Massages are available on request.
A ski and outdoor drying room with boot warmers, as well as a ski and bike storage room, are available for guests.

Special features
For a delightful start to the day, a small farm shop with high-quality regional products is available in the house. The selection in the self-service refrigerators is complemented by a bookable bread roll service from a local master baker.
Location
Brand is a unique year-round destination. In summer, hiking trails, alpine peaks, swimming lake, climbing park, bike park, alpine huts and the protected Lünersee await. In winter, Brand offers a family-friendly ski area, cross-country trails, sled runs and winter hiking paths. Spring and late autumn stand for peace and relaxation.
Located just a few steps from the Palüdbahn valley station, Brandnerhus is an ideal base for mountain and winter sports enthusiasts.

The small but fine kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked dishes.

LAGE:

The Studio Central bears its name because of its excellent central location. In a few minutes you can reach great restaurants. You can also reach sports shops and shops directly from the apartment on foot in a few minutes. In the hot summer months, the nearby Brandner bathing lake provides a pleasant way to cool off.

In winter, the entrance to the ski area is also easily accessible on foot. The Schedlerhof practice lift is just around the corner.
