Die Lage, am Anfang des Tales, ist super. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick. Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend.

Das W-LAN ist viel zu schwach. Hier könnte ein W-LAN Verstärker Abhilfe schaffen. Der Toaster ist wohl defekt. Beim einschalten fliegen die Sicherungen raus. Ein Staubsauger wäre schön.

This spacious apartment is located directly at the confluence of the Alvier and Palüdbach and offers you an impressive, unobstructed view of the majestic Rätikon mountains as well as meadows and forests, both in summer and winter. FACILITIES: From your own terrace you can enjoy the great nature to the fullest. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and invites you to prepare your favorite dishes, which you can then enjoy at the large handmade wooden table. There is a separate playground for your little ones with a slide, swing, sandpit and plenty of space to play. Maybe they will even find nice playmates from neighboring apartments. After an eventful day, you can refresh yourself in one of the two bathrooms and then sink into a restful sleep in the stylishly furnished bedrooms with high-quality mattresses and fine duvets. LOCATION: The apartment offers you direct access to the cross-country ski trail and is only a few minutes away from the Palüdbahn, which operates both in winter and summer. The bus stop is just 150 meters away and the nearest restaurant is 400 meters away. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: For up to 4 people - children and dogs are welcome! The Walserstuba apartment is located right in the center of Brand but is still quiet. FACILITIES: You will find an ancient belted floor and paneling as was common in Brand for centuries - carefully renovated with attention to detail. And yet, of course, there is no lack of all the modern equipment. LOCATION: The Dorfbahn – your entry into the Brandnertal ski area – can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Also the small Spar market, numerous restaurants, the golf course and the swimming lake in summer, as well as the ski schools and the practice lift in winter. There's no doubt about it: you can't find a more central and rustic accommodation in Brand - without having to give up anything. SURROUNDING: The holiday resort of Brand is a unique all-season holiday destination. There are countless leisure opportunities in every season: In summer there is an extensive hiking network with hikes of all levels of difficulty. Mountain peaks with breathtaking views give you a special kind of alpine experience.
