FACILITIES: This apartment also appeals to fans of clear, simple design. Access can be mastered without steps, i.e. handicapped accessible – the bathroom is also designed to be handicapped accessible. This design apartment appeals primarily to lovers of clear, simple and yet high-quality design, hence the name “Family and Design”. LOCATION: Due to its central location, most of Brandner's restaurants are within walking distance. All important infrastructure facilities can also be reached within a few minutes' walk: In summer it is approx. 500 meters to the swimming lake, 300 meters to the riding hall, and approx. 700 meters to the archery course - to the village railway - the starting point for numerous hikes and activities. The tennis courts at Älmele (free use) and the climbing park are also approx. 700 meters away. VICINITY: In winter, the swimming lake becomes an ice skating rink and the village railway takes you to the Brandnertal ski area instead of the hiking area 😊 It is 200 meters to the tennis courts. The Schedlerhof practice lift is also very close by, an ideal practice area for children and beginners. So the car has a break - in the underground car park 🙂 “Feel the mountains” is our promise!1 review
