This design apartment appeals primarily to lovers of clear, simple and yet high-quality design, hence the name “Family and Design”.
LOCATION:
Due to its central location, most of Brandner's restaurants are within walking distance. All important infrastructure facilities can also be reached within a few minutes' walk:
In summer it is approx. 500 meters to the swimming lake, 300 meters to the riding hall, and approx. 700 meters to the archery course - to the village railway - the starting point for numerous hikes and activities. The tennis courts at Älmele (free use) and the climbing park are also approx. 700 meters away.
VICINITY:
In winter, the swimming lake becomes an ice skating rink and the village railway takes you to the Brandnertal ski area instead of the hiking area 😊 It is 200 meters to the tennis courts.
The Schedlerhof practice lift is also very close by, an ideal practice area for children and beginners.
So the car has a break - in the underground car park 🙂

The holiday apartment offers you spacious living areas with an open, high-quality equipped kitchen, which invites you to cook and linger together. Modern appliances, plenty of work surface and loving details ensure comfort in everyday life. The living and dining area opens wide and combines contemporary design with alpine cosiness. Three double rooms with large, comfortable double beds ensure restful sleep. Two of the rooms are located directly next to each other, with one serving as a passage room to the second double room, which is particularly suitable for families or guests travelling together. The stylish bathroom with shower, double washbasin and high-quality materials conveys a pleasant wellness feeling. For winter sports guests, practical ski depots are available directly at the village cable car, so you can start your ski day relaxed and without lugging. Additionally, there is a separate storage room for sledges, skis and other sports equipment. The balcony extends the living space to the outside and invites you to consciously enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Location
The summit lounge is located in Brand, quiet and yet central. Hiking trails, mountain railways and the ski area can be conveniently reached on foot. In winter, you can start directly into the snow fun, in summer the nature experience begins right at your doorstep. The location combines relaxation with short distances and makes your holiday pleasantly uncomplicated.
Particularities
Particularly notable is the harmonious interplay of modern architecture and alpine style, which runs throughout the entire apartment. The thoughtfully designed room layout with connected sleeping areas offers flexibility and is ideally suited for families or friends. High-quality materials, clear forms, and the immediate proximity to the mountain world make the Gipfelstube a place one likes to return to.
