LOCATION:

Due to its central location, most of Brandner's restaurants are within walking distance. All important infrastructure facilities can also be reached within a few minutes' walk:

In summer it is approx. 500 meters to the swimming lake, 300 meters to the riding hall, and approx. 700 meters to the archery course - to the village railway - the starting point for numerous hikes and activities. The tennis courts at Älmele (free use) and the climbing park are also approx. 700 meters away.

VICINITY:

In winter, the swimming lake becomes an ice skating rink and the village railway takes you to the Brandnertal ski area instead of the hiking area 😊 It is 200 meters to the tennis courts.
The Schedlerhof practice lift is also very close by, an ideal practice area for children and beginners.

So the car has a break - in the underground car park 🙂

Niggen Lodge

Garden in front of the door, the cross-country ski run directly at the house and relax in your own infrared cabin after a day in the mountains: The Niggen Lodge in the La Montanara house in Brand offers 80 m² of space for up to six people. Two bedrooms, the sunny terrace and direct access to the garden make the apartment particularly attractive for families and active holidaymakers.

Facilities

One bedroom with a double bed and a family room with a double bed and bunk bed comfortably accommodate up to six people. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The private infrared cabin provides relaxation after an active day in the mountains.

The fully equipped kitchenette features an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and filter and Nespresso coffee machines. The dining area for six people flows into the cosy living area. From here you have direct access to the sunny terrace and the spacious garden.

A basement parking space as well as a ski and bicycle room are also available to you.

Location

The La Montanara house is located quietly and centrally in Brand. In winter, the cross-country ski run runs directly in front of the house. Mountain cable cars, hiking trails, restaurants, bathing lake and golf course can be reached in a few minutes – ideal for experiencing the Brandnertal actively in every season.

Special features

The private infrared cabin makes the Niggen Lodge particularly pleasant after a day in the mountains. Outside, the sunny terrace and spacious garden await you, accompanied by the gentle sound of the nearby Alvier stream. In winter you can step directly onto the cross-country ski run in front of the house.
