    The 4-room apartment with three bathrooms, a sauna, two underground parking spaces and a panoramic view of the centre of Brand and is very conveniently located.

    FACILITIES:

    In addition to this almost idyllic location, the penthouse, which will be completed in 2022, also offers many other features that create a good mood:

    On the one hand, the exclusive sauna on the SW-facing terrace, which boasts a panoramic view - even while taking a sauna.

The most important feeder lift to the skiing area Brandnertal in winter as well as the very popular and freely accessible bathing lake can also be reached quickly and easily without a car or ski bus at approx. 300 metres.
