One bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a stylish bathroom with a rain shower and steam function, and a bright living area with sofa bed offer everything you need for relaxing days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped – with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Wi-Fi, smart home features, flat-screen TV, a private safe and an underground garage space with EV charging station are all included, as well as access to the ski room with boot dryer and the communal bike storage.

The apartment is located at the entrance to Brand – peaceful and close to nature, with views of the surrounding greenery. Whether skiing, hiking or golfing – your mountain adventure begins right outside the door. And with the nearby bus stop, you're flexible and independent even without a car.

The apartment offers you direct access to the cross-country ski trail and is only a few minutes away from the Palüdbahn, which operates both in winter and summer. The bus stop is just 150 meters away and the nearest restaurant is 400 meters away.

The Walserstuba apartment is located right in the center of Brand but is still quiet.
FACILITIES:
You will find an ancient belted floor and paneling as was common in Brand for centuries - carefully renovated with attention to detail. And yet, of course, there is no lack of all the modern equipment.
LOCATION:
The Dorfbahn – your entry into the Brandnertal ski area – can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Also the small Spar market, numerous restaurants, the golf course and the swimming lake in summer, as well as the ski schools and the practice lift in winter. There's no doubt about it: you can't find a more central and rustic accommodation in Brand - without having to give up anything.
