With 190 m² of space, the house comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Three pinewood bedrooms with large double beds and TVs await you upstairs. The traditional living room with a visible fireplace and cozy corner bench is perfect for shared meals and long conversations. The separate, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired – from raclette and fondue sets to a Nespresso machine, classic filter coffee maker, and all the essentials for a relaxed cooking experience. Two stylish bathrooms – one with a bathtub, the other with a rain shower – plus an additional toilet ensure modern comfort. For cozy wellness evenings, the private sauna in the neighboring stable offers a unique highlight – complete with a hay bed to rest in afterward.

The house sits at 1,200 meters above sea level, directly on a scenic hiking trail above Tschagguns, offering stunning views of the iconic Mittagspitze mountain. In summer, the house is accessible by 4x4 vehicle; in winter, guests can use a provided quad for a safe and convenient arrival. The secluded location promises complete tranquility – the only sounds you’ll hear are the wind in the trees and the silence of the mountains.
