Where the sun and silence meet, lies the Detached Timber Panorama Mountain House – a lovingly renovated house at around 1,200 metres above sea level, high above the Montafon. Embedded in fragrant forests, surrounded by a majestic mountain backdrop and directly on the hiking trail, the house offers a retreat full of tranquillity and originality. Whether enjoying breakfast on the sun terrace, cooking on the wood-burning stove or having a glass of wine by the crackling pellet stove – here, every moment becomes a break from everyday life.

FACILITIES
The house offers 115 m² of space for a stay that changes with the rhythm of the seasons. In summer, three bedrooms and two bathrooms are available to you - two cosy pine rooms with large double beds and a rustic single room, complemented by the additional bathroom on the ground floor. When winter arrives, the house transforms into a cosy retreat with two double rooms, while the single room and the ground floor bathroom cannot be used. The two living rooms - one with a pellet stove, the other with a wood-burning stove - provide warmth and cosiness at any time of year. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking together, from dishwasher and oven to Nespresso and filter coffee machine, as well as the additional wood-burning stove. A spacious rain shower ensures a relaxed arrival after a day in the mountains. Outside, a small herb garden, a sunny seating area with a grill, and a wide view of the valley await you.

LOCATION
The Detached Timber Panorama Mountain House is sunny, quiet and exposed on the slope of Bartholomäberg - with a dreamlike view of the Rätikon mountain range. In summer, you can reach the house comfortably with your own vehicle, in winter the provided quad will take you up safely. The location is ideal for those who enjoy hiking, snowshoeing or simply want to take a deep breath. The nearest town is easily accessible by car, and yet every stay here feels like a small escape from the world.

CHARACTERISTICS
The house combines original charm with modern amenities. Old wooden walls, loving details, and the clear mountain air create an atmosphere that conveys both security and freedom. It is important to know that the room height is low and does not correspond to today's standard, but preserves the house's authentic character. High chairs and cots are available for children, snowshoes are ready for winter adventures, as are games for sociable evenings. Especially couples and small families find here a place full of tranquillity, warmth, and connection to nature – far from the hustle and bustle, very close to themselves.
