Description
Haus Fellner is very child-friendly and has five lovingly furnished apartments, carefully renovated in 2020, with space for up to 22 people.
FACILITIES:
The living room and kitchen of the Hilda apartment on the ground floor can be used as common areas. The tiled stove in the living room and the adjacent cozy corner invite you to spend cozy hours in good company. The total living space is approximately 202 m2, the beautiful terrace offers plenty of space on an additional 100 m2.
A modern dining area with two large tables invites you to enjoy dining and grilling outside. Sundowners can be enjoyed in the evening sun on the two lounge sofas and deck chairs. The absolute highlight is the Finnish sauna in the garden with a view of the mountains and the town of Brand, which guests can use free of charge.
The ski cellar with heated ski boot warmers for 15 pairs of ski boots, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer are available to guests free of charge. The holiday home also includes up to five parking spaces.
A high chair and a buggy are available for small children. Various games and books can also be used together. WiFi and cable TV are available free of charge.
During the renovation, great importance was attached to thinking about practical things. The entire house is equipped with numerous wardrobes and storage options. The kitchen equipment is high quality and diverse.
LOCATION:
The privileged location on a sunny mountain slope is just right for those looking for relaxation. The house is in a very quiet location and yet it is only a five-minute walk to the center of Brand as well as to the golf course and the animal adventure trail. The “Dorfbahn” ski lift is also located in the center and is also the entrance to the Brandnertal ski area.
If the snow conditions are good, you can ski directly to the house (Ski In). And if the snow conditions are also good, you can get from the house to the village lift (Ski Out) on skis - with a little pushing.
There is also a small stream flowing down the mountain near the house: a little paradise that invites the children to play.
With the unobstructed panoramic mountain views and the adjacent meadows and forests, the house is a real holiday idyll! A spacious wooden terrace with around 100 m2 of space (oriented to the SE and SW) invites adults to enjoy the sunshine of the Brandnertal.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Your four-legged friend is also welcome for an additional fee of €15.00 per dog per night.

Die Wohnungen im Haus sind sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet! Auch die Ausstattung ist super und es fehlt an nichts

Die Terrasse war super,auch wenn es die Mücken heftig plagten! Super Aussicht ringsum und tolle Lage! Der Bäcker ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar

Kann man was gegen die Mückenplage tun? Wir vermuten,dass sie vom stehenden Wasser auf der Sauna so reichlich waren?! Sonst war alles super und sehr schön!

Viel Platz für alles, gute Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Der Bach ist auch hervorragend nach einem Saunagang nutzbar.

Da fällt mir Nichts ein, außer der Terrassentür in der Küche im EG - da ist der Mechanismus nicht mehr ganz i. O.
Geht zwar noch verschließen, der Griff dreht aber durch, so daß nicht immer verriegelt ist.
Und die Kaffeemaschine ist langsam - Entkalksee more
