When it comes to the holiday apartments, the name says it all, as local materials such as wood and stone were used in the construction. The owners grew up in Brand and parts of their families still live in Brand. The tourist operator also grew up in Brand and knows the valley like the back of his hand. A Brandner service, i.e. warm, genuine hospitality, can be felt.
Our modern and functionally furnished holiday apartment in Alpine style can accommodate up to 8 people. Each bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom, the kitchen is fully equipped and, depending on its size, offers enough space to end an eventful day at the cozy dining table. The balcony offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Brandner mountain panorama and invites you to have a drink. In the cozy seating area you can put your feet up with an exciting book.
Particularly noteworthy is the wellness area on the ground floor. It offers everything a pampered wellness heart desires. A Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin and a steam bath are the classic treatments at the Brandnerhus. A spacious, bright relaxation room with access to the outdoors offers cozy moments between the various wellness sessions. A water fountain refreshes the mind and soul with fresh, cold Brandner spring water. This water is untreated and without any additives. It is almost detoxifying - so the best quality “Made in Brand”. Massages are available upon request.
The in-house drying room for ski and outdoor clothing also offers a boot dryer and boot warmer for free use. There is also a ski and bicycle room for you to optimally store your sports equipment.

Numerous restaurants - stand-alone and in the various hotels -, shops and wellness options are open to our guests all year round. A special feature of this accommodation is the restaurant Gufer 55, which is located in the same building - a good home-style restaurant that has been awarded two toques and has no pretensions and a very good price/performance ratio.
Located at the valley station of the Palüdbahn (50 meters), a ski-in is almost guaranteed, because the Palüdbahn valley run is not only known to the locals as the most beautiful and varied run in the Brandnertal, this red piste is also the snowiest valley run in the entire Brandnertal.

Picobello-sauberes Appartement - in unserem Fall (5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) einfach unschlagbare Zimmeraufteilung - genial für unsere 3 Parteien - jede nämlich mit eigenem WC / eigener Dusche/Bad en suite! Dazu gemütlicher und geräumiger Gemeinschaftswohnbereich mit exklusiver Ausstattung, die es einfach an nichts fehlen lässt, wenn man auch ein grösseres Abendessen zaubern möchte. Unbezahlbar auch die Lage direkt am Lift - vom genial durchdachten Skikeller mit beheizten Code-gesicherten Schränken direkt zur Gondel stiefeln. Auch die Parkplatzsituation ist einwandfrei und bietet darüber hinaus die Möglichkeit, das E-Auto sehr günstig zu laden.
Der Ausstattung war anzumerken, dass sowohl bei den verwendeten Materialien als auch der Zimmerausstattung wirklich liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail geplant wurde - nachhaltige, langlebige und sehr hochwertige Räumlichkeiten! Es war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt! DANKE. |

Apres Ski bar schliesst schon um 19 uhr... Leider abends keine ÖV mehr ins Dorf, wo was los ist, oder man was essen gehen kann. Und Taxi das nächste in Bludenz lohnt sich nicht.

Großzügige Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon und toller Aussicht. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Der Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern war sehr großzügig. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Buchung und Logistik war sehr einfach und reibunsee more

In den Bädern und Zimmern würde wir noch mehr Haken sehen wollen. Vier Handtücher, zwei Bademäntel und nur vier Haken im Bad. |

- Tourismusunterlagen / Prospekte entweder im Zimmer oder im Erdgeschoss wären ergänzend zum online Portal hilfreich - wir haben die Wohnung u.a auch gebucht, da sie direkt gegenüber der Palüdbahn liegt - allerdings war diese noch geschlossen, die Dorfbahn im Zentrum war bereits geöffnet. Natürlich hätten wir uns besser informieren können, aber eine info bei Buchung wäre hilfreich gewesen - an allen Tagen waren die Parkplätze vor dem Haus bereits belegt - gegenüber auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz war noch genügend Platz. Im Winter könnte das wahrscheinlich anders sein. Ggf könnte man die Plätze vor dem Haus den Wohnungen zuordnen? - Brötchenservice: da keine Bäckerei in Laufdistanz, ggf in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Anbieten und Bäckerei einen Brötchenlieferdienst morgens anbieten? - Kleinigkeit: die Schneidebretter in der Küche waren schon stark genutzt / verfärbt - ggf. austauschen? |

Bei Zeiten an denen alle Appartments im Brandnerhus ausgebucht sind und manche Familien mit mehreren Autos anreisen, gibt es ausreichend verfügbare Parkplätze gleich gegenüber bei der Palüdbahn auch im Winter. Einen Brötchenservice bieten wir aktuell nicht an. Im Dorfzentrum gibt es täglich frische Brötchen im Kleinladen Spar in 20 min. zu Fuss zu erreichen, dafür liegt das Branderhus ruhig gelegen am Ortsrand, ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und die Hauptattraktion Lüner See. Die Kirsche auf der Sahne wäre ein Brötchen Service :)
Die Bio Sauna war leider zu heiß eingestellt, so dass eigentlich kein Unterschied zur finnischen Sauna bestand.

The owners grew up in Brand and parts of their families still live in Brand. The tourist operator also grew up in Brand and knows the valley like the back of his hand.
